Who is POMHPY for?
Youth (ages 12 to 25)
Living in Ontario
Have access to the Internet, computer and a private space
Interested in an online preventative mental health program

Do I need a medical referral to sign up?
Nope! POMHPY is a preventative program, not a clinical one, so you do not need a medical referral to participate
Please note this program isn’t a suitable replacement for clinical care to treat your mental health needs

How do I become a participant?
Signing up is a two-step process:
Start by filling out our sign-up form here. Then, we’ll send you a link to our registration survey
Complete the registration survey. If you’ve signed up and haven’t recieved a link by the next day, email us at OurYouthWellbeing@waypointcentre.ca

I’m a participant, where can I access program materials?
Participant program materials, including the messaging boards, can be accessed via the password-protected Participant Portal

What happens if I forget my password?
Please note that each group messaging board has a unique password that is different from your Participant Portal password
